Forensics Consulting Solutions ESI Expert Releases New White Paper

Mark Walker, Director of Consulting for FCS Publishes New White Paper on ESI Technology.

The paper explores the use of Project Management skills to expedite e-discovery projects. Mr. Walker asserts that by using the principles of effective project management, such as pre-project planning and workflow design, the cost of e-discovery can be significantly impacted. Furthermore, this approach can increase the defensibility of the e-discovery process.

“By carefully managing projects we put great emphasis on process and systems, and ensure that fewer decisions are made arbitrarily or in a discretionary manner,” Mr. Walker says. “Ultimately, we want to engage in proactive management of our projects, so that we are less reactive to events, and attempt to prevent pitfalls from ever occurring.”

The white paper is currently available for review at http://www.forensicsconsulting.com/ . It can also be accessed at the ACEDS (Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists) website www.aceds.org . The paper has also been published on a number of other e-discovery, data management and technology websites.
